Natasha + Rav
I can 100% confirm; this wedding was as spectacular as it looks! When Natasha and Rav* first came to us with their plans for their Indian wedding —they were determined to host a traditional Hindu ceremony that was full of meaning (and would keep their parents happy), but without it feeling stuck in the past. And da-amn did they deliver!!
These two showed what is possible by hosting an Hindu ceremony full of colour, culture and community while still being one of the most current and stylish weddings —not just Indian wedding, but ANY wedding —we’ve ever seen.
As you scroll down, look out for these highlights: street food style catering, served from a cluster of tents outside in the summer night air; The custom built bridge/aisle across the Te Hihi Estate pool leading to the epic floral Mandeep; handmade flower garlands; the anklets worn by Natasha that have been passed down through generations; Rav’s boisterous entrance (Baraat) as they danced up the driveway led by drums and singing; the emotional Vidaai as Natasha + Rav exited the night through a sparkler tunnel —this wedding was a whirlwind of emotion, style like we’ve never seen before.
