  • Where can I find print and album pricing?

    You can see products and pricing under the 'shop' tab of your client gallery. If you don't have a gallery with us, get in touch for more info.

  • Why not get cheap prints from somewhere like the Warehouse?

    The Warehouse etc. are fantastic for fast and cheap prints; but the saying is true: you get what you pay for! For anything larger than a 6x4” or anything that you want to last, you can’t beat the quality of a professional photo lab; the colours are more vivid and accurate, the paper and inks resist fade better and last longer.

  • Can I see what a finished album looks like?

  • We want an album, should we get it with our wedding photography booking or can we get it later?

    You can do either! While many couples wait until their first anniversary to order their album, some add an album when booking their photography package. Ordering an album up-front can make it easier to budget for and means you will have the ultimate experience for your wedding photos; printed and bound in a beautiful book.

  • Can I choose the album size and cover materials?

    Yes! You can choose the size, cover material, colour, and even customise embossing on the front cover. See our sample swatches and design options.

  • How do I take care of my album?

    Here’s our advice for keeping your album looking great for generations:

    • Store flat and away from harsh light, heat, or humidity.
    • Choose the perfect cover material for your lifestyle. Hard-wearing fabrics like those from our ‘metallic’ and ‘genuine leather’ ranges are more durable and are easier to wipe clean than the linen cover options.
    • You can also purchase a durable clam-shell case to keep your album clean and safe when not in use.

  • How many photos can we have? We love them all!!

    No problem! Your album can have as many photos as you like, it will just cost a bit more. See our options for extra photos/pages.

  • We can't decide which photos to choose. Can you help us?

    Absolutely! If you can't decide where to start, or how to narrow your photos down; we can pick the images for you and design a layout as a starting point. Then, with your feedback, we’ll refine it to your dream album. Email us and we can get you started.

  • How does the design process work?

    Our album design process is collaborative; we choose a selection of images and design a beautiful draft layout for you to review. You then have the chance to refine the draft layout with us either in-person or over video-call.

  • How do we order?

    To get started you have two options:

    1. DIY (design It yourself).
      Choose your album style and size from your gallery shop. You can choose images from your gallery and layout your album spreads. When you are happy with your design, simply add it to your cart and checkout. We will work with the lab to get your album printed and shipped directly to you.
    2. Use our Design Service.
      If you are having trouble choosing the right images for your album, let us take the effort out of the design work. We will choose your images and put together a beautiful draft layout for you to review. We will work with you to refine the design into an album you love at a price you are comfortable with.
