Nicole + Wilson

Nicole + Wilson traveled all the way from Hong Kong, and braved the New Zealand winter to have their pre-wedding photos in the snow-covered mountains near Queenstown.

While some would shiver at the thought of being in a dress and thin suit in the snow, These guys loved it! Skiing and snowboarding together was a big part of their relationship. So having their photos in the snow couldn’t have felt more perfect for them.

It’s no easy feat looking incredibly stylish in 3 degree temps on the top of a snowy mountain; but these two made it look easy. Nicole just keep pulling out one fabulous outfit after another; the layers of organza in her gowns paired with delicate jewellery were perfect for the soft hazy winter light. Because Wilson suits were so clean and monochrome, it really helped to make everything pop. To keep cosy, Nicole opted for practical boots in the snow and, thermal leggings and a stunning champagne coloured faux fur jacket.

I think we can all agree that their chemistry together, combined with the soft winter light and the rugged beauty of Queenstown made this shoot a feast for the eyes.
