How we setup our office work space
We love seeing how creatives setup their workspaces; whether it's an artist studio or a table in the local coffee shop.
Too many hours are spent in front of our computers, editing, emailing and everything in-between. So creating a space that we love to be in was key to unlocking our productivity. So here is our workspace and our favourite things that make it ours.
MONITOR STAND / CAT SNUGGLE BOX
Originally planned as a box for spare harddrives, but Simone made her claim and now it's just a box of cute. Everybody needs a cat box/monitor stand right?
As maybe the only Wellingtonian’s who don't coffee, we have developed a delicious tea ritual. These are our must haves: T2 Melbourne Breakfast, Libertine Kapow, Red seal Chai-Roobis, T2 strainers, an tea bag holder (yes Michelle has a cat one- of course) and a beautiful mug to have it in.
THIS HUGE SCREEN
After years of rocking a dual monitor setup, we love having one big screen. It saves us from having slightly different colours on different monitors —consistency is key!!
OUR PLANT WALL
Because are you even millennial if you don't have a plant wall?
I had always wanted to edit photos with physical controls, so it was only a matter time until I built my own system. With a little plug-in, I was able to convert this DJ midi board to work with Lightroom. And believe me, it's a gamechanger.
So here’s a look into our office space, what does your office space look like? What do you love about it?
